Our Beef and Lamb is direct from John’s brother’s farm at Embsay near Skipton in the Yorkshire Dales. Beef cattle are Limousin cross Angus, beef is matured before sale. All our pork is free range and comes from Honey Pot Farm, Wilsden. Turkeys are from Anabel and John Sugden of Laycock , five miles away whom we have used for the last twenty years, and for Christmas this year we will be stocking Edward Wilkinsons Herb Fed turkeys, and free range Chickens.
The sales shop is divided into a fresh meat section, and a ready to eat section. All pies and sausage are made on the premises, we cook our meats and dry cure our own bacon.
